God I love the beach house. I could do with a break there. Lily and Jane are effortlessly funny in the show - deffo one for the girls.

I'm quite addicted to this now, didn't think I would be, but am hooked. Does anybody know when Season 2 is coming out? If I finish this and have to wait a year, I'll go crazy.

Me and my GM watched it together and we got a good laugh out of it. We've been watching ALOT of Netflix recently since I joined this group and it was a welcome light and fluffy show.

There is something about tthis show that just keeps you watching. I never think I'm that interested but then I realise I've watching five episodes in one go! That's got to be a good sign.

This is a really good show - you know when you watch something and you just connect right away? That's what happened here. Nearly finished too ... trying to stretch out the last few episodes, don't want to finish it.

The show is great, love the flash backs during the espisode in the lift. I reeeeeally like Briana ... she is so brilliant, I love that she really doesn't care about anything.

Hmmm... watched the first episode last night, but I'm not fully convinced. Perhaps I was just too tired. Will keep going tho - from all the other commenters here, sounds like it's a good one.

Just started watching this over the weekend - very entertaining, totally new concept and show. And the beach house ... well I can see why they both want to be there. Just gorg. Will definitely continue watching.

Very entertaining, funny and sad all at the same time. It's got the gorgeous backdrop of a Californian beach house at the centre which is no bad things, and of course Fonda and Tomlin are brilliant - it's so great to see old women in new shows. I like Martin Sheen, but I'm not convinced he's a fit for the character, Sam Waterston is perfect.
The kids are brilliant - especially Brianna who is ascerbic and witty.
Will keep watching, and already looking forward to Season 2.

You know at first I didn't think I would like this ... it all seems a bit ridiculous (the story line) but as I watched it, I found myself wanting to watch the next episode and the next episode, and actually got quite drawn in. Fonda is the perfect fit for the rich lady obsessed with how she looks, and Tomlin the perfect quirky one, and you get really drawn in to her genuine sadness at what she has lost.

I love the way the story goes though each of the stages of being dumped by your husband. It's great and whilst it's just for the show, it's actually kinda true to life too.
