The FOOD & WINE Christmas Show is back from Friday 22 November - Sunday 24 in the Main Hall, RDS, Dublin 4.
Fun for all of the family, children under 12 go free and our guest of honour for the whole weekend is the man in red himself, Santa Claus, who kids can visit for free. The three-day event will see Ireland’s top chefs demonstrating their skills and sharing top tips on the Chef’s Stage. Household names and heavyweights such as Donal Skehan, Catherine Fulvio, Ross Lewis, Derry Clarke, Louise Lennox, the Great Irish Bake Off judges Biddy White Lennon & Paul Kelly will be cooking up a storm. There are a host of free masterclasses to attend, brush up on your foraging skills, knife skills, how to make the perfect Christmas cocktail or how to cook with seaweed. There is a stellar line-up of chefs appearing at the show this year and also there will be some interesting FREE masterclasses being held throughout the weekend. These operate on a first come first served basis on the day including:

· Cocktail making with Knockranny House Hotel – Saturday 15.30
SUNDAY 24th November
· Cooking with Seaweed with Evan from Wild Irish Sea Veg – Sunday 12.30
· The Bread Revolution with Patrick from the Firehouse Bakery - Sunday 14.00
There will be a stellar line up of chefs this weekeng with Biddy White Lennon & Paul Kelly from the Great Irish Bake-Off will open the show on Friday evening. Derry Clarke, Donal Skehan and Lilly Higgins will feature on Saturday, and Paul Flynn, Donal Skehan, Catherine Fulvio, Ross Lewis and Edward Hayden.
At the Artisan Village prepare to be tempted as a host of Ireland’s top artisan food producers will congregate at the Food & Wine Show where they will showcase and retail their produce.
Checkout award-winning Camelina & Rapeseed Oil producers Newgrange Gold, Cashel Blue cheese and Dovinia delicious chocolates to name but a few.
All in all the Food & Wine Show promised to be the one-stop shop for your for all culinary ideas and suggestions to impress and gift this Christmas.
