The Bones actress, who shares a life with husband David Hornsby and son Henry, has become a mum for the second time and is said to be thrilled by the arrival of another little boy.
According to a representative, the overjoyed mum and her new arrival are in good spirits, saying: "The whole family and baby are doing well."
The 38-year-old star, who married the It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia writer, confirmed she was expecting at the end of last year.
The couple have yet to announce the name of their new arrival, and we can't wait for a sneak peek of the little one!
It will certainly be an eventful year for the extended Deschanel family with Emily's younger sister, Zooey, also announcing she's due to become a mum!
