Each month our little friend comes to visit, and plagues us with cramps, bloating and major chocolate cravings. 

 

Well, we're here to tell you that the cramps and bloating are actually easy to banish - sadly, however,  the chocolate craving isn't going anywhere.

The gorgeous folks over at Hello Giggles have created a smoothie recipe that is designed to defeat cramps and bloating.

 

It also tastes DELICIOUS, so what's not to love?

What you'll need:

3 chopped carrots

1.5 cup of cubed pineapple

1/2 banana

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 cup of kefir

 

Free stock photo of flowers, drink, bouquet, bloom

 

What you'll do:

Blend all the ingredients, fill your hot water bottle and relax.
