Yoga for Pregnancy Classes

From this provider / About this provider: Roslyn trained as a hatha yoga teacher with the Y.T.T.C (Yoga Training and Therapy Centre). she is currently studying with Birth Light UK having specialised in Yoga for Pregnancy for the last 2 years. Roslyn has been practising yoga for over 12 years and it found highly beneficial throughout her four pregnancies and births. Being a mother of four young children helps in her teaching to understand some of the issues women are going through and to enjoy the young babies at the mums and babies classes.
