With roots in Ashtanga yoga, Jacqueline’s classes are a mix of strong flowing Ashtanga yoga poses, relaxing Hatha breath work and Raja meditation methodology. Together, these styles join the body, mind and soul. A wide range of yoga classes in addition to private sessions are offered to compliment daily life. With classes focusing on children, pregnancy and beginners and intermediate yoga; Divine Movement Yoga was born out of a desire to help everyone breathe. relax and meditate at every stage of life.
