She has spent the last 6 years developing her practice to address the specific needs of individuals with respect to the whole body including nutrition, exercise, pain management and stress reduction. Michele has trained extensively with master teachers in Classic Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions in India, Ireland and the U.S. Her classes can range from gentle and therapeutic to powerful and energetic, each with meditation and relaxation elements and tailored to meet the needs of the individuals in attendance. Michele has taught athletes and professionals as well as disadvantaged children and pensioners. She is currently teaching in Wicklow Town, Bray, Greystones, Dun Laoghaire and Dublin.
