Lourda is a fully certified Prenatal Yoga and Meditation Teacher and runs Pregnancy yoga classes every Tuesday. As a Mama of two, she understands the physical and mental stress that can develop during pregnancy and beyond. She aims to keep the body active and fit through strengthening yoga poses, while relaxing the mind with breath work, positive affirmations and visualisations. Classes sizes are small to ensure individual attention.
