In a new interview with HELLO! Fashion Monthly, Miranda Kerr opened up about how she and ex-husband Orlando Bloom manage parenting since their sad split in October 2013.

The Australian model married English actor in 2010, giving birth to their son Flynn in 2011.

"I try and get back to Sydney as much as possible to see family and friends – we always love our time there. Orlando just took him back because he’s shooting Pirates, so Flynn got to see my parents and play with his cousins."

"Orlando and I are still really close so Flynn will be with his dad for a couple of days, then when I come back, he’ll be with me so that his dad can travel. He’s always either with his dad or with me."

Back in May the international supermodel revealed that she had relocated to a property across the road from Orlando, saying at the time: "It was a decision as a family that we made."

Elaborating on the move in her recent interview, she says: "We decided as a family it was the right decision for Flynn, so Orlando and I both relocated and we live five minutes from each other.

"Everything revolves around my son and his welfare."

While both stars have been linked to several other people over the last two years, the pair caused the rumour mill to go into overdrive after the Vanity Fair Oscar’s party earlier this year when they were spotted leaving together. Due to their famously amicable relationship, many believed they had reignited their romance.

While some ‘sources’ close to the couple claimed the pair are known to occasionally ‘hook up’ since their separation, others said they pair were just carpooling. Miranda is currently rumoured to be in a relationship with Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel after the pair were spotted holding hands in LA in June.

Speaking about her relationship with Orlando in a previous interview, the model said: “We both love and care about each other and genuinely want each other to be happy... we do everything to make sure our relationship is harmonious.”
