With Prince William stepping out to meet England’s Women’s Football World Cup squad this week, talk naturally turned to his new arrival and how she is settling in with the Royal family.
According to reports, the father-of-two told team captain Steph Houghton that two-and-a-half-week old Charlotte has been keeping himself and wife Kate Middleton awake into the wee hours.
“He said George is very lively, and Princess Charlotte has been keeping him up all night, giving him a few sleepless nights. But he said he was just happy to have them both there,” Houghton told local media.
Princess Charlotte arrived into the world on May 2, with the world’s media eagerly anticipating the birth in the run-up to the Duchess’ due date. Since her birth, the family has been overwhelmed with gifts from well-wishers all over the world.
While she may be a Princess, it seems that Charlotte is putting William and Kate through their paces just like any other family.
