Since welcoming his first child with wife Blake Lively, it would seem that actor Ryan Reynolds hasn’t been getting an awful lot of sleep.
In fact, the new parents have been suffering so much with baby’s late night waking and feeds that Ryan has developed an interesting theory – his daughter is allergic to sleep!
Appearing on The Tonight Show this week, Ryan told show host Jimmy Fallon: “Our baby, in particular, is, we think, allergic to sleep.”
“We think that she thinks that she’s protecting us from the sleep monsters. She’s like, ‘Oh, I gotta keep them up or the sleep monsters will get them,’” he added, jokingly.
We think it’s fair to say that Ryan and Blake are handling parenthood fantastically, we just have one issue – when are they going to tell us their daughter’s name, for once and for all?!
