According to reports today, singer Chris Brown is a father to a nine-month-old baby girl.
Entertainment website TMZ broke the story in the past 24 hours, claiming that the 25-year-old welcomed a daughter with a close friend, referred to only as Nia, last year.
While the pair are not together, sources close to both Chris and Nia say that they are “on very good terms” and Chris is “happy about being a father”.
The website added that there does not seem to be any formal child support order in place between the pair.
The star has not released a statement as of yet on the report, which also featured an image of his alleged daughter.
Brown is currently in a relationship with model Karrueche Tran, with the pair going through a series of rocky patches in the past year, during which they broke up and reunited a number of times.
He wouldn't be the first star to keep the details of his child's birth out of the media spotlight, but we expect he will address the report at some stage this week. We'll keep you updated.
