What foods are good to start weaning with?

It is best to begin weaning with a thin & runny consistency food such as a pure baby rice or vegetable puree.
 
Vegetables like carrots and sweet potatoes are great to begin with. It is best to introduce vegetables before fruits as they are not as sweet. Have lots of fun during the first few weeks of weaning with your baby introducing a variety of new tastes every 1-2 days.
