Nature is pretty darn amazing: 


1. White Jasmine

This exotic,  and stunning,  plant has a gentle, soothing effect on the body and mind. Studies have shown that jasmine can actually  reduce anxiety levels, and lead to a greater quality of sleep.

2. Peace Lily 

The peace lily is not just beautiful to look at, but it is also one of NASA’s ‘superstar plants,’ that will help you to filter out harmful benzene, trichloroethylene, and formaldehyde from the air. 




3. Aloe Vera

According to recent studies, aloe vera releases large amounts of oxygen at night, which improves the air quality in your bedroom and makes breathing easier.

4. Snake Plant

This is one of the most recommended plants for improving indoor air quality. Snake plant is actually recommended as a great “filter” to improve oxygen purity in your home.

5. Lavender 

Research has shown that lavender can induce sleep and reduce anxiety levels. Lavender scents have also been shown to slow down heart rate, lower blood pressure and levels of stress.
