Tennis ace Serena Williams has shared the first photo of her newborn daughter online and she's just ADORABLE!

Serena, who gave birth two weeks ago shared a stunning photo of herself cradling the tiny newborn on her chest to her Instagram page.

She revealed that her daughter’s name is Alexis, after her partner Reddit founder Alexis Ohanian.

“Meet Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. You have to check out the link in bio for her amazing journey”, the proud new mum wrote.

On her official website, Serena shared a video of her pregnancy, with clips of her sonogram, growing baby bump and some funny moments.

Throughout the video, Alexis and Serena talk to their baby, with Alexis joking: “I’m practicing swaddling on your brother” in a clip of himself swaddling the couple’s dog.

In another clip, Serena shares a Snapchat video of her baby kicking, with a caption saying “You move at 10.15/10.30 every night”.

Towards the end of the video, the couple are seen beside a beautiful rose gold cot, as Alexis jokes: “Here’s your crib, I made it all by myself”. He swiftly added: “Your mama helped!” when Serena gave him a withering look.

At the end of the video, Serena is seen showing off baby Alexis who is sleeping peacefully. “We’re leaving the hospital after six days. It’s been a long time, there were a lot of complications”, the new mum explained.

New dad Alexis took to Twitter writing: “Welcome Alexis Olympia Ohanian, Jr. You're a blessing; your mama's perfect sidekick and already a Grand Slam champ”, referring to the fact that Serena won the Australian Open while pregnant with Alexis.

The couple decided not to find out the baby’s gender but Serena was convinced she was having a little girl.

“Two weeks after we found out, I played the Australian Open,” she said.

“I was playing in 100-degree weather, and that baby never gave me any trouble. Ride or die. Women are tough that way”.

Looks like her hunch was spot on – what a beautiful little girl!

We’re absolutely thrilled for Serena, she must be so happy to finally take her little one home.
