Motherhood can kick you in the face - and we don't just mean that metaphorically (though many sleepless nights sure can feel like a kick in the face).
No, we mean as in your little one's foot, and your noggin, quite literally colliding.
That's just what happened to Kathryn Thomas, who recently welcomed her beautiful daughter Ellie McLoughlin with her fiance Padraig McLoughlin.
The Operation Transformation presenter shared a photo of herself on Instagram, in which she gets a tiny foot straight to her nose.
"Morning," she wryly captioned the pic.
Parents couldn't help but relate to the hilarious pic.
"Omg most realistic picture of motherhood I’ve ever seen on social media," one mum commented.
"Wait til she starts pulling your hair," another quipped.
"Looks just like my morning," an Insta user joked.
"Yep, that looks about right," one parent added.
And we have to say - on the bad days, a baby foot to the face really doesn't seem that bad!
