Barack Obama charms Twitter with adorable baby photo

It’s not often that you’ll see a President down on his hands and knees, playing on the floor of his office – but then again, it’s not often that there’s a little baby in to visit!

 

Just weeks after he was seen posing hilariously next to a child having a temper-tantrum, Barack Obama was back charming the little ones – and the Twitter world.

 

In a beautiful shot captured by White House official Pete Souza, the President is seen having a special moment with a tiny tot in the Oval Office.

 

“President Obama plays with Ella Harper Rhodes, daughter of Deputy NSC advisor Ben Rhodes, today in the Oval Office,” wrote Souza.

 

President Obama and the First Lady, Michelle, are known for their wonderful rapports with children and young people.

Recently, Michelle was seen calling up a little girl during a conference, and embracing her after she told her she looked ‘too young to be 51’.

 

A similar incident happened last year, when a young girl handed the First Lady her father’s résumé, informing Michelle that he had been out of work for three years.
