Massive congratulations are in order this afternoon following the news that former soap star, Gary Lucy, and his wife, Natasha Gray, are expecting another child together.

The couple, who tied the knot in November after 11 years together, are already the proud parents of two children – a 10-year-old daughter named India and a four-year-old son named Elvis.

Opening up during a candid interview with OK! magazine, the overjoyed couple revealed the are expecting a girl and believe their third child’s conception coincided with their recent big day, with Gary saying: “We reckon it was around the wedding night.”

Elaborating further, the former Hollyoaks and Footballer's Wives star continued: “In fact it must have been that night actually, as I didn't see Natasha for a week after because I was touring.”

Aware of the potential for jokes following his last remark, mischievous Gary, who competed in Dancing on Ice in 2010, didn’t miss a beat, laughing: “So it better have been the wedding night!”
 


Eager to share their delight with readers, Natasha said: “It's like something's been gifted to us - it's the best wedding present ever. It's like it was meant to be.”

Referring again to the timing of the pregnancy, the pregnant mum explained: “It was actually a bit of a surprise because although we've discussed having more children, it wasn't exactly planned.”

Nevertheless, the couple are eager to expand their brood even further after welcoming their impending arrival, with 37-year-old Natasha saying: “Two boys and two girls would be perfect, especially for Elvis to have another boy around when he's a bit older.”
