I used to always use Fairy Non-Bio Powder when my now 4 year old was a baby up until she was around 3. I moved away from Fairy Non-Bio in the last year or so as I guess I don’t take as much care washing her clothes as much seeing as she goes through so many of them! However with baby no.2 on the way now I intended to move back to Fairy anyway so was delighted to be selected for the trial. I have been using cheaper supermarket brands during the last year but from going back to the Fairy Non-Bio this week I really won’t be continuing with them! I think I had been kidding myself that they are the same quality, you just cant beat the Fairy brand really.

Having only used the powder before I hadn’t heard of this new gel, but I was impressed with the nice compact bottle and the cap for the dose too. You just put one high precision squeeze of gel into the cap, then place it straight into the centre of the wash – easy as that. I have to say it was much less messy than the powder! I washed my little girl's clothes and they were so soft and smelled lovely, I had been blaming my old washing machine for her clothes coming out not in great condition but I see now it seems to be down the washing product I was using! The difference was amazing.

I also washed all the newborn clothes I had bought for my little boy that will be here soon and his clothes came out just perfect too, so soft and perfect for newborn skin. I am on a group with other moms around my due date and it seems to be the consensus that everyone uses Fairy Non-Bio to wash their newborn clothes, which is really a testament to how well regarded it is as moms only use the best for their newborns!

I will definitely continue to buy this – the gel is more compact and easier to use than the powder so it gets my vote. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, Fairy have created another top class product here – well done, when it’s to do with our little ones skin it really is so important to have the best.

Absolutely love Fairy - haven't tried their gel before, I don't tend to look for new products, as I'm quite happy with the current ones. But I have to say after using the Fairy Non-Bio Gel, it's really good and I will be switching. With the kids, I want to wash their clothes in something gentle, but also need to make sure they're clean - Fairy Non-Bio does the trick every time. Lovely smell and the clothes were so soft.

I always used Fairy Non-Bio when my girls were little but as they grew older I use different brands. I'm currently expecting my 3rd baby and was delighted to get the opportunity to try using it again. I had forgotten the gorgeous smell and how soft it leaves the clothes.
It really cleans the clothes too on low temperature cycles.
I love that the compact bottle fits perfectly on my shelves which are up high so away from exploring little fingers.
The fact that it comes with its own dispenser is great too.
I washed all the little newborn clothes and sheets etc with it so they are all ready to go and I know that they're safe for a newborn's sensitive little skin.
I will definitely be stocking up and will recommend Fairy Non-Bio Gel to my friends especially those who are expecting.

Thank you so much for letting us take part - I have always bought the Fairy powder, but am now converted to the gel. It's so much easier to use, and I like that it's a compact size. The results are still as good, the clothes smell so lovely and feel fresh and clean, they're soft too.
Will be buying this from now on, and have already told my sister and friends about it.

I've never used a gel before but do use Fairy Non-Bio powder as I love the smell and how it cleans my baby and toddler's clothes. I did a number of washes to test how it handled both the stains on my toddler and baby clothes, which can normally be tough to remove. It managed both sets of clothes really well and removed the stains. I was a bit sceptical about a gel and especially the small amount of gel you use. I have some cellular blankets that had gone a bit hard over time but they softened up with one wash. They are not totally soft, but our water is very hard and I'd say they will be soft after a couple more washes. All the clothes came out soft and clean and had a gorgeous fresh smell. My usual Fairy powder is a large box which is difficult to store, but the gel is a lovely small bottle and fits into a shallow cupboard. The top of the bottle that you squeeze the gel into is also small which is great as some similar brands have a large ball that takes a lot of space in the drum. I'll definitely be getting the gel again and will be happy to use that instead of the large powder box.

Thank you for picking us to take part in this trial. I am aware of Fairy as a brand, but to be honest, I was never that pushed on using it - didn't see the reason why. However, having had the opportunity, I can see why you would choose it.
This compact bottle with dispenser is very handy to use, but the real difference is how the clothes are after - the smell is lovely - gentle and and fresh, and the clothes are always soft. I've got three kids, one 3 months, and I am constantly washing (or at least that's what it feels like) and this is the first time I've noticed a difference in the clothes - especially for the baby.
I will buy Fairy Non-Bio from now on, there is no comparison to the non-brand alternatives I've been using out of habit. Definitely recommend.

My mum always used Fairy so I do too - from washing up liquid to washing powder. I haven't ever tried the gel though, and I'm really liking it. Had my sister and her two staying over for a week, and she commented too on how soft the clothes were - especially baby gros and towels. And they smelled fab, wtihout any fabric softener.
I will buy again, as will my sister, and would recommend.
