America Ferrera welcomed her first child eight months ago.
And the actor has been vocal since then about the ups and downs of motherhood.
Now she has revealed that her son Sebastian or “Baz” as he is affectionately called has hit another milestone.
Speaking during the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour in California, America said that Baz has started to crawl.
The 34-year-old said, ''He’s wonderful. I’m happier than I ever imagined being as a mom.''
She continued, ''He’s getting more mobile - army crawling. He comes to work with me sometimes.”
Baz is America's first child with her husband Ryan Piers Williams, who she married in July 2011.
America quipped that she has let go of any preconceived ideas about parenthood when she was asked what she would title a book about motherhood and she said, ''Forget Everything You Thought You Knew.“
America hasn't posted many pictures of her little one on social media since his birth although she did upload a video of his little hands reaching for a rose.
She captioned it, ''Idle Hands. Exactly what my Monday needed. A walking adventure in nature with my favourite little hands. #Baz #Monday #8months.''
Her followers expressed how cute it was in the comments.
One said, ''Those precious, little fingers. Enjoy.''
While another wrote, ''There is nothing more precious than those chubby little fingers and hand.''
It seems that parenthood is suiting America just fine.
