If the ads on TV are anything to go by, putting together a complex toy is, well, child’s play. However, you and I know only too well that this is not the case in real life!

In fact, as many birthdays and Christmas Days past have proven, assembling your children’s toys is a struggle like nothing else, and What’s Up Moms has captured that struggle perfectly this week.

In the following hilarious video, an enthusiastic mum and dad team up to build their daughter’s Barbie Dreamhouse, but soon into the construction they begin to realise that they are facing an uphill battle.

Much like the recent insight into cleaning your home, these parents share what it’s really like to get to grips with a 1,000-piece toy.

After much fussing and fiddling, they present the finished product to their daughter – and you might be surprised by her reaction!

Check out the hilarious video below. If you can relate, just remember that it’s only 11 weeks to Christmas!

This goes out to anyone who has ever attempted the impossible...assembling a Barbie Dreamhouse. Thanks to Baby Sideburns for all the laughs while filming this new series!
