So, while most parents inform their kids that Santa and his elves are always watching, others have a different method of checking who has been naughty or nice – lie detector testing!
In a hilarious joke-experiment organised by the team at Distractify, a group of children were hooked up to a lie detector machine (we have a feeling it was doctored a little beforehand) and asked if they had been naughty or nice during 2015.
The presence of the machine led to a few interesting confessions, from ‘accidentally’ pushing friends down to the stairs to playing too many ‘violent’ video games, and Santa and his ‘elf’ were suitably entertained as the experiment played out.
The footage is bound to garner a few laughs – just wait until you hear what the kids had to say when asked if they would prefer a gift or world peace, and if they prefer parents or presents! Check it out below.
