Finding out that there’s going to be a new addition to the family is always worthy of a celebration, but it marks a milestone for our parents and grandparents as they watch their line of descendants growing longer and longer.
Indeed, it’s quite the achievement – but it’s something that the woman in the following video couldn’t wrap her head around for some time!
In the hilarious video below, the woman is presented with a gift announcing that she is going to be a great-grandmother. So, while she’s already a really wonderful grandmother, now she’s getting a great-grandchild – making her a great-grandmother.
However, she reads it merely as confirmation of her dedication to her role as a grandmother – and it takes quite a while for the penny to drop!
“What does that mean? How great can I be?” she says, before she finally realises what’s happening – there’s another baby on the way!
Once she understands what’s going on, her reaction is as heart-warming as you can imagine.
