The Today show presenter, who welcomed baby Cal with husband John last May, took to her social media channels today to pay a sweet tribute to her son on this, his first birthday.
Sharing a photo of herself cradling her adorable little boy, the 44-year-old wrote: “Can’t believe my little baby is a year old today. Happy birthday Cal x.”
Maura, who is an ambassador for The First 1,000 Days, recently opened up on how the family would be marking Cal’s big milestone.

“We don’t really have many plans for his first birthday, as a baby of that age doesn’t really know any different. So it’s kind of really the parents’ birthday. We will mark it and there will be photographic evidence it was his birthday, of course,” she said.
Opening up on the past year as a first-time mum, Maura added: “It’s been a good year and has worked out very well, so I’m very thankful for everything. I’m very happy we are now at this stage, as you don’t worry so much as they are little people.”
We hope the family have a lovely time marking their special day with Cal.
