Their Instagram feeds from the holiday were filled with glamorous photos, but it seems not every aspect of Kim Kardashian’s family trip to Cuba last May was picture-perfect.
The mum-of-two, who visited the Caribbean island with her husband and sisters, harboured fears over the current Zika virus outbreak.
In footage from a forthcoming episode of her reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the 35-year-old is seen sharing her concerns with older sister Kourtney.
“I wonder if there’s, like, a test we can get for Zika, like, when we get back home, to clear everyone’s heads,” Kim says to Kourtney, before double-checking that neither has received any mosquito bites.
While Kim previously insisted that son Saint would be her last child, sources close to the family have claimed that a third baby could be on the cards.
Indeed, Kim herself told People that despite her traumatic birth experience with Saint – whereby the doctor had to ‘break through her cervix with his hand’ – she could still go again.
“You forget. After about four months I was like, I can breathe again. I can maybe have one more. I could definitely have one more,” she said.
Cuba has officially been placed on the list of areas affected by Zika, by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention.
