The musician, known for his membership of bands Eagles of Death Metal and Queens of the Stone Age, has become a father for the third time following the birth of his second son with wife Brody Dalle.

Taking to Instagram to share the wonderful news with legions of fans and followers, Brody uploaded a snap of their little boy and used the opportunity to pay tribute to her husband, his band and the French capital city.

"Wolf Dillon Reece Homme born 2/13/16 8lbs 3 ounces 21 and 1/2 inches. Sending our love to Paris, my man and EODM," wrote Brody alongside the image which shows a very peaceful and content Wolf indeed!

The couple, who share a daughter named Camille and a son name Orrin, have been inundated with messages of support following the upload, with one fan writing: "Congrats to the Hommes on their newest family member!"

Fans of the tot's parents wasted no time praising their chosen name, writing: "What a great name!!! Wolf!!! Congrats to you both!!" while another gushed: "So cute! Love the name!"
