Jessica Simpson might have only given birth a few weeks ago but she's celebrating another family event this week.
Her eldest daughter, Maxwell, is hitting her seventh birthday and Jessica has posted the most gorgeous snap to mark the occasion.
The 38-year-old took to Instagram to upload a snap of her sweet family - husband Eric Johnson, Maxwell, five-year-old son Ace and newborn daughter Birdie - as well as their dog, Dixie.
She wrote, ''Happy 7th Birthday to my forever best friend and baby girl. You have given me the truest, most precious purpose of life.''
She continued, ''Without question you are the coolest, most compassionate person I know. I love you. I wish I could blame all of my tears on hormones today.''
Fans adored the snap and took to the comments to post their birthday wishes.

Jessica had a tough pregnancy with Birdie, suffering from acid reflux, extreme foot swelling, sciatica, and bronchitis.
