As anyone who has checked out the endless stream of internet memes, gifs and Vines of Black Friday in the US will know, the holiday can be tinged with a little bit of madness.

 

To accurately capture the craziness of the sale extravaganza – albeit in a much cuter light than we are used to – Jimmy Kimmel called on a group of schoolchildren to re-enact a spoof of ‘The First Black Friday’ this weekend.

 

The hilarious skit jokes that the natives and pilgrims were sleeping all night in front of the store all the way back in the 1600s, and what happens when the Trading Post opens for business is shocking but all too familiar.

 

While animals pelts and jars of molasses are seen being ripped from one another’s clutches, one little woman doesn’t seem to mind the fact that she lost her husband while camping out to avail of the best deals.
