She recently came in for criticism from followers for praising a product on her Instagram, and now it seems that higher powers have stepped in to give pregnant Kim Kardashian a rap on the knuckles.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning letter to Kim Kardashian after she promoted Diclegis, a drug she previously credited with helping to ease her morning sickness.

According to reports, the FDA issued the warning because the 34-year-old’s post implied that the drug is safe to use and doesn’t carry any risks to an unborn child.

In the post documenting her experience with Diclegis, the mother-of-one wrote: “I felt a lot better and most importantly, it’s been studied and there was no increased risk to the baby. I’m so excited and happy with my results that I’m partnering with Duchesnay USA to raise awareness about treating morning sickness.”

Since receiving the letter, Kim – who is currently pregnant with her second child – has removed the post from her Instagram account.

The reality star has previously spoken out about her health woes, having suffered very badly with morning sickness at the beginning of her pregnancy.

“To be honest, I’ve had really bad morning sickness, day sickness, night sickness – I can barely get out of bed,” she said, just a day after her pregnancy was announced.
