In an interview for the latest issue of Spanish Vogue, the 34-year-old revealed that one of the most challenging moments of her second pregnancy so far, was trying to keep the news under wraps while in the glare of the media spotlight.
The star, whose daughter North recently turned two, said: “The most difficult thing of this year was going to the Met Gala, because I was a little less than two months pregnant and had nausea.”
“I tried to eat very healthy the week before – chicken soup and salad. My husband and I came up with a way that I could only take photos from the front while I was holding my breath and when I turned I would let out my breath and stay very close to Kanye to hide,” she added.
Kim and Kanye went on to share their news just weeks later, with the announcement being made on Kim’s reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She later confirmed that she and Kanye are expecting a son.
