While the combined total of Liam Payne and Cheryl's income is no doubt in the millions, it seems the dad-of-one is not going to be splashing out on his baby's first Christmas.
Like not even a little bit!
Explaining how he did a lot of research before deciding on present for his son, the singer told Metro that Bear will be opening none other than wrapping paper on Christmas morning.
Yup. Actual wrapping paper.
"It’s my first Christmas as a dad," the 24-year-old said at the Capital's Jingle Bell Ball with Coca-Cola.
"Best advice I’ve been given? Just buy wrapping paper, and make it really, really shiny, because they’ll only be interested in that."
And while it's certainly true that kids prefer the packaging that the gifts come in than the actual toy, we're pretty sure the nine-month-old will be getting more than just shiny wrapping paper!
