Mother’s Day with Netflix

We know that there are only a few days throughout the year that as a mum you get to sit down and spend some quailty time with your teenager. As your little ones get older, family traditions around Mother’s Day change with your now grown-up little ones leading hectic lives. This Mother’s Day we want you to spend some quality time with your teen watching your favourite show on Netflix.

We want to know what shows you love to watch with your teen? Do you and your daughter love curling up on the couch to binge on Pretty Little Liars? Perhaps, do you and your teenage son both enjoy watching Marvels Daredevil? Or is Arrested Development the perfect show for you and your teenager to relax to in the evening?

Tell us what Netflix show you love to watch with your teen and be in with a chance to win a weekend away for you and your teen.

We used to go to the cinema once a week but it just go too expensive, between the tickets and the food, so we have a movie night at home now with Netflix. We make pop corn and treats, it's the bets fun. And such good value.

I'm watching SLK with my daughter, we always happen upon these great legal shows. 'Totes hooked' - as she would say.

We watch so many things at the one time - we have different shows depending on our humour. We are watching Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars and Orange is the New Black. So I guess you could call it show surfing.

Can't get my teen to clean his bedroom, not likely he'd sit and enjoy a TV show with me. But we do watch Netflix, just not together

My DH and I are Only Fools and Horses fans, so it was great to find it on Netflix, have my son and his friends now hooked too. Such a classic.

We only ever watch Netflix now - we just never watch live TV. What's not to like with absolutely no ads to watch!?! We are watching Orange is the New Black and we're on series 2 and really enjoying it. It's not really suitable for younger teens but it's very good. And we have a laugh at it - our favourite character is Piper.

We really like snuggling down to watch Netflix together - soft blankets, nibbles and goodies. We are watching Pretty Little Liars and love it! My husband is not a fan though which is perfect as we kick him out into the TV room and just chill. Bliss.

One of my favourite movies when I was growing up in my teens was Desperately Seeking Susan, me and my daughter watched it recently, and it's as good as I remember. Not sure my daughter agreed though #gettingold

We are watching Downton Abbey together - it's easy to watch and has nothing too embarrassing in it so no cringing in front of the TV. LOL

My two girls love Pretty Little Liars, and it was just the type of thing I'd enjoy watching with them, but honestly, it drives me nuts. Have to walk out of the room when it's on. I'm sure if I was a teenager again I'd love it.

We only ever seem to watch Netflix now. We have watched Breaking Bad together (my kids are late teens and early 20's) and we are now watching Better Call Saul. Love it although I'd prefer if the episodes were there instantaneously instead of having to wait for them each week.

We love watching Gossip Girl - it's perfect level for mum and teen. Glamour, intrigue and relationships. We love it. We talk about what Blake Lively is wearing, how she looks etc. It's perfect mum and daughter time together.
