You asked

My son is 18 months old and he will not drink any juices. Should I be worried?

Juices are not necessary in the diet and can often be high in sugar and additives.

Cows’ milk or Growing Up Milk can be offered from 12 months onwards but really only 300ml (10oz) is sufficient, If your baby drinks any more milk than this they may lose their appetite for their normal meals.

Offer water as a drink during the day. Aim for 8 glasses of fluid throughout the day.
