It's fair to say the recent photos released of Princess Charlotte in her family home truly delighted fans of the royal family who had waited with bated breath for the next instalment of snaps following the little girl's christening on July 5th this year.
Taken by her doting mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, in early November, Charlotte's unbridled joy in the candid images clearly struck a chord with the public who desperately sought to recreate the same contentment within their own family.
And according to emerging reports, the subject of Charlotte's affection - a Fuddlewuddle Puppy - has subsequently sold out in various outlets as a result of the touching images which were released last Sunday.
Parents, determined to treat their own tots to the same toy as the six-month-old princess, wasted no time tracking down Charlotte's special friend and soon identified it as a creation of toy company, Jellycat.
Commenting on the images which have resulted in increased interest in the numerous cuddly toys produced by the company, founding member William Gatacre said: "Yes, that's our Fuddlewuddle Puppy. The pictures look lovely."
They really are some of the sweetest photos we've seen in some time!
