Bill Granger is a self taught cook whose easy-going and joyful approach to cooking is an essential element in his enduring popularity. He opened his first restaurant, bills, in Sydney Australia at the age of 22 and now has three restaurants in Sydney and three in Japan. Bill's first London restaurant is opening in November 2011. Bill's nine cookbooks include most recently released Bill's Basics and Bill's Everyday Asian. Bill works regularly with gourmet magazines such as Waitrose Kitchen and The Netherlands' and Australia's delicious., as well as currently being the food contributor to The New Review in the Independent on Sunday. Bill's three popular television series, including Bill's Tasty Weekends, have been viewed in 30 countries.
