Established in 1997, and celebrating thirty years in business this year, The Butler’s Pantry is a wholly-Irish-owned business with eleven shops, employing over 100 people.
Under the direction of Niall Hill, Head of Food, The Butler’s Pantry’s in-house team of chefs and bakers makes delicious food from scratch each day in its own kitchen in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Freshly-prepared food is delivered to each shop twice daily.
 
 
The menu at The Butler’s Pantry is seasonally-driven, and uses local ingredients and only prime cuts of Irish meat. The range includes everything from salads and sandwiches, to pâtés and dips, starters, main courses, puddings and cakes.
The Butler’s Pantry is a proud member of Real Bread Ireland and each of its shops carries a range of traditional breads made by hand and baked fresh each day. None of these breads is made using par-bakes or pre-mixes.
 
Each shop carries a carefully-selected range of high-quality Irish artisan food sourced from emerging producers. Each individual item is chosen as the best in its category, and Niall Hill uses many in The Butler’s Pantry’s own dishes. Increasingly, The Butler’s Pantry is collaborating with artisan producers on bespoke products for its own label.
