When you are with someone for a long period of time, it is easy to get into bad habits that aren't good for your relationship.
Sadly, as life gets in the way it is all too easy to get stuck in a rut and you can struggle to get out of these habits.
However, you might not have know that they are actually silently playing havoc on your relationship, so now is the time to stop.
1. Being jealous
It’s not feeling jealous that others are looking at your other half but rather that you are doubting your partner in the first place.
2. Not complimenting each other
It is easy to let days go by where you haven’t complimented your other half but it is important you make the effort to tell each other that you look nice or are grateful for them.
3. You bring up past mistakes
We all make mistakes and clinging onto them long after they have been done is not helping you or your other half.
4. You don’t take constructive criticism well
If you asked how you looked but didn’t get the answer you wanted, don’t give out or complain – you asked for the truth.
