She is not one known for holding back when it comes to sharing her views, so we’re not surprised to hear presenter and actress Jenny McCarthy’s latest comments on her family.

The 42-year-old, who is mum to son Evan, and recently became stepmother to her husband Donnie Wahlberg’s two sons, said there is ‘no way’ that she would be expanding her brood.

Opening up on the highs and lows of blending her family with Donnie’s, Jenny said that while integrating a new family is never easy, it has changed their lives for the better.

“Integration is not easy for any family, so it took baby steps in some areas…Evan is so influenced by Elijah, Donnie’s son who’s his similar age. And what Elijah means to me in my life; that I didn’t necessarily get from anybody before,” she said.

However, she insists that she and Donnie are happy with their family unit as it is, and they would not be looking to bring any new additions into the world.

“When you work so hard and your kids are out of the diaper phase, out of the high chair and you get rid of all that stuff…to start over again? No way! I want to go towards the light with my husband while we can still walk,” she said.

Jenny and Donnie wed last year, having dated for almost a year.
