Video games are out to destroy Planet Earth in Columbia’s ‘Pixels’

Do you ever remember wishing that your toys would come to life? Pixels, Columbia’s hotly anticipated new science fiction comedy, will make you regret your wish forever.

 

The story takes its origins in 1982, when NASA sent a capsule into space in the hope of contacting other life forms. Picking up in modern times, we discover that they succeeded with their plan – but not in the way they had hoped.

 

Now, in 2015, aliens have sent real-life video game characters to Earth to attack and wreak havoc, and a team set out to prevent ‘game over’ for our planet.

 

With plenty of laughs and some amazing special effects, kids will be amazed and entertained at the sight of Pacman chomping his way through the streets, and Donkey Kong throwing about flaming barrels.

 

Featuring a stellar cast including Peter Dinklage, Adam Sandler, Michelle Monaghan and Kevin James, this is one movie that you don’t want to miss.
