What is your favourite TV show on Netflix and why?

With the colder weather arriving, it’s the perfect time to catch up on the box sets you’ve been meaning to get to for ages, or to revisit your favourite shows that you love to watch over and over.

With so many fantastic TV shows available to choose from on Netflix, it’s hard to pick a favourite. From hit US dramas like The Good Wife, to hilarious comedies such as Fresh Meat and Suits, and cult shows like Sons of Anarchy, there really is something for everyone to discover and enjoy.

Members also have exclusive access to Netflix’s original series, including the fourth and final season of the dark detective drama The Killing, as well as Lilyhammer, a fish-out-water tale about a New York mobster living in Norway.

So, what is your favourite series to watch on Netflix? Do the endless twists and turns of Homeland keep you on the edge of your seat? Do you scare yourself silly with the supernatural thriller American Horror Story? Maybe you like to put your analytical skills to the test with quirky hospital drama House? Whatever it is, we’d love to hear about it!

Hi my name is Ali and I am a Netflix Mum Ambassador for MummyPages. We love Netflix in our house. One of my favourite things to do is to get into bed to watch Netflix on my iPad. Netflix also gives me and my husband more quality time together. We decide on a series we would both like to watch and sit down to watch it together.

Hi my name is Gemma and I am a Netflix Mum Ambassador for MummyPages. I love the range of boxsets available on Netfilx. I have the shows that I enjoy watching like the Good Wife and the shows I watch with my husband such as Breaking Bad and Suits. We would be lost without the boxsets on Netflix.

Having seen the recommendations on MummyPages I have watched Orange is the new black on Netflix and it was just amazing. It was one of those shows that just kept you hooked - the characters were all brilliant and it was quite funny. I have moved onto House of Cards and I have enjoyed it, but just not as much as Orange is New Black. I am looking for a new show to start watching - can anyone recommend any?

Also Gemma and Hugo's video is super cute, reminds me of our house. :-)

What is your favourite TV show on Netflix and why?

We only watch Netflix. I work from home, mainly in the evenings so television is out. I miss everything. Our favourite most recently, are The Killing, Lilyhammer, White Collar and orange is the New Black. The hardest thing is being strong enough to not keep watching and go to bed. Great value and great programmes.

I am one of those people who follow a program when it's too late, when everyone else has already watched it and it's all over Facebook! and i feel like I am missing out, so thanks to Netflix I got to see what the big deal is with Homeland! i was delighted to be able to watch it and catch up so that when it started back on tv i could watch it! Suits is next - can't wait

It's a toss up between Fringe and Luther. Love the Sci Fi but love watching Iris Elba. So much to choose from.

Netflix is great for films and series. I got it when my husband was away for a while and the weeks went by much faster with such great entertainment on tap. We have just finished watching Breaking Bad, which was incredible. It was great to have all five series available. I also enjoyed the first three series of Covert Affairs which is a kind of cross between Homeland and Charlie's Angels, a more glamorous and frivolous take on the CIA, and I'm hoping series 4 will go up soon. My kids love Netflix too an there are some great films for them. My youngest was hooked on the first series of Maya and Miguel. I love that you can set up a separate user for the kids so they can't access unsuitable content...just so long as I remember to log out everytime.

Homeland is my new favourite love that kind of drama before that it was Jonathan creek amazing how I can find these cool boxsets to watch is never pick myself until netflix suggested them

I don't watch any of the 'normal' soaps but I love sitting down by a fire to a good movie, I especially love the comedies. My favourite thing to watch at the moment is Breaking Bad. But I can't wait for the christmas movies/programs to start.

We watch Netflix in our house all day from Team Umizoomi to Wayside for the kids. I have watched alot of Boxsets, Warehouse 13, The Orignals, White Collar, Castle & now I'm loving Lie to me but there are way to many to pick one favourite.

Since going on maternity leave, I've been watching House. What a fantastic show. I used to catch the odd one on the TV, or actually the end of the odd one on TV, now I get to watch everything from the beginning. Hugh Laurie is amazing in this. so totally different from anything I've seen him in before. Brilliant show. And great company for me - especially while feeding my little one.

House of Cards, Breaking Bad, The Killing, Grace & Frankie ... there are just too many to mention. Love Netflix, it's my go to chill out for me, the hubby and the kids.

Just started watching Californication - I really enjoy just flicking through Netflix to find things I've been meaning to watch for ages, but never got around to it. Great having all the series together as well.
