Pumping really can take over your life. While you’re intent on giving your baby the best start to life, it seems your entire day revolves around your pumping schedule.

Add to that the exhaustion and pain that can go along with it, and you know that you have well and truly earned your ‘super mum’ status.

Of course, when you’re nearing the end of pumping, your mind starts to turn to all of those treats that you have had to avoid – and alcohol is usually at the top of the list!

One woman who can absolutely attest to this is Pink, who has shared possibly the most relatable post ever on her Instagram account.

When you're almost done pumping and you know what's next

The singer, real name Alecia Moore, took to the photo-blogging site to share a photo of what she is most looking forward to as she comes to the end of pumping: wine!

“When you’re almost done pumping and you know what’s next,” she wrote in the caption of a photo of herself holding up a bottle of wine.

Needless to say, the 38-year-old’s post really struck a chord among her fellow mums online.

“Preach, girl! I’m still breastfeeding my nine-month-old baby girl and love when I can have my wine post-pump. Cheers!” wrote one mum.

Others were just full of praise for the mum-of-two, with one writing: “I admire you so much for the breastfeeding journey you are on and how you freely post pictures…My daughter was a formula-fed baby, and I felt bad about that…

“I am now nursing my 13-month-old son, and seeing you post pictures gives me confidence to continue with my son.”

“This makes me forever love Pink. Amazing. Good for you girl!” another chimed in.

Pink is, of course, mum to six-year-old daughter Willow Sage and son Jameson Moon, who will be one next month.

The star has always been very open about her breastfeeding journey, sharing photos of herself proudly pumping online.

We love her refreshing honesty about motherhood!
