The couple haven’t ventured too far, choosing to travel to Scotland with little George for some much needed rest and relaxation after a hectic fortnight of public appearances.
A source told Us Weekly that Prince William was keen to take the Duchess on a “romantic getaway”, now that her condition has improved.
The source said: “William wanted to take Kate away for a break. They both love the outdoors and the weather isn’t too cold yet, so it’s the perfect time to take a trip.”
According to reports, the family are enjoying some downtime in Balmoral Castle, the Queen’s Scotland residence.
