From Chris Hemsworth to Chris O’Dowd and Rochelle Humes, various celebrities have opened up recently about their disastrous experiences flying with children. Now, we think this Hollywood star has perfectly summed up just how wrong a journey can go when you’re a parent.

Alyssa Milano, who is mum to three-year-old son Milo and 10-month-old daughter Elizabella, took to Facebook today to share her nightmare flight experience.

Explaining how she was on a flight for a wedding, the 42-year-old wrote: “Milo just threw up all over me. When I saw in his face it was coming, I cupped my hands to try to catch it. Not sure why I thought that would work. Did not work. But the visual of me sitting there horrified trying to catch his vomit with my cupped hands is still making me giggle.”

She then went on to describe how, while changing her son, she had a “milk let-down” and had to pump.

“All in all, we were in the air for 40 minutes and I spent 35 of those minutes in the lavatory cleaning up vomit and pumping breast milk. If anyone went over me with a black light right now, they’d be horrified!” she added.

To make matters even worse, the mother-of-two was then told that her connecting flight was cancelled, leading her to query: “Is it too early for me to start drinking?”
