The star has jetted off to Marrakech in Morocco, to indulge in some time out and a very special celebration with his family.
Making sure that his followers are included in every aspect of his big day, the former England footballer decided to finally give in and set up an Instagram account, and he has been sharing insights into his holiday so far.
David looked delighted with life as he sat down for breakfast at a decorated table, going on to share a gorgeous photo of himself with his eldest son, Brooklyn.
Brooklyn himself took the opportunity to thank his fans, by sharing a photo of himself with his two brothers, Romeo and Cruz, as he celebrated reaching two million followers on Instagram.
“Reached 1 mil on my mum’s birthday and 2 mil on my dad’s. Thank u guys so much [sic],” wrote the teen, paying tribute to his dad’s big day with the hastag #DB40’.
While the pictures so far promise an intimate family celebration, it looks like there could be a rip-roaring night ahead of the Beckhams. A host of celebs have also touched down in Marrakech to mark his big day, among them Liv Tyler, Spice Girls Emma Bunton and Mel C, and chef Gordon Ramsay.
It sounds like it’s going to be a weekend to remember.
