Ivanka Trump welcomed her son, Theodore, during her father, President-elect Donald Trump's, campaign trail eight months ago.
And now the mum-of-three has been criticised for taking to Twitter to wish her youngest child a happy birthday - despite the fact that he was only born in March.
I cannot believe that Theodore is 8 months old today! Happy birthday little teddy bear! pic.twitter.com/j6EpYVQDSd

“I cannot believe that Theodore is 8 months old today! Happy birthday little teddy bear,” she tweeted.
Followers of the 35-year-old businesswoman and former model were NOT impressed by her tweet and made sure that she knew!
"Eight months isn't a birthday," wrote one, while another said: "That's not how birthdays work."

@HLewison @MrDeuce25 I'm not trying to be nasty, just saying it's not his birthday. It's a fact.

.@IvankaTrump will he have his 1 1/2th birthday when he's 12 months old?

But not everyone was annoyed. In fact, plenty jumped to Ivanka's defence to shut the haters up.
@IvankaTrump happy birthday to Theodore

@IvankaTrump He's adorable. Most parents celebrate the monthly birthdays until they are a year old. So many changes. Haters need to zip it.
