Billie, who gave birth to her first child last July, revealed her nerves at becoming a mum for the first time in the weeks after Nelly’s birth.
Speaking to OK! magazine, the reality star said: “The first few weeks I was going to the doctor’s for any little cough or mark on her.”
“Now I know the difference between a hungry cry and a pained cry. It’s a mother’s instinct,” she added.
The 24-year-old also revealed that while she may be easing into her new role now, she is still apprehensive when it comes to letting others look after Nelly – much to the disappointment of little sister and TOWIE co-star Sam.
“She really wants to [babysit] but I want to wait until Nelly’s a bit older,” said Billie, adding, “She’s still like a newborn, and for a lot of people that’s scary, so I can only leave her with my mum or Greg.”
Little Nelly has turned into quite the darling of social media recently, with proud mum Billie sharing some sweet snaps of her first trip to the swimming pool, among others.
