Gardaí are asking the public for assistance in tracing Damien Cullen, 16.
The teenager is missing from Kilkenny since June 22, 2018.
He was last seen in St Luke's Hospital where he was a patient.
Damien is described as being 5'6'' in height, with a thin build with short brown hair.
When he was last spotted, the 16-year-old was wearing an orange tee-shirt, wine coloured hoody, grey track suit bottoms, and black runners.
