Gardaí are asking the public for their help in locating 59-year-old Gilbert Fitzpatrick.

 

The Navan, Co Meath man is missing from Tralee, where he'd been on holiday. Gilbert was last seen at 11.00am on Saturday, June 9, 2018.

 

The 59-year-old had been on holiday in Tralee during the week and on Saturday travelled to Killarney.

 

It is believed that he went walking in The Gap of Dunloe area of Killarney on Saturday, June 9.

 

 

When he did not return to his accommodation in Tralee the next day, the alarm was raised.

 

Gilbert is about 5 ft 5 inches tall, with a slight build and grey/dark hair. He was wearing a light blue check short-sleeved shirt, navy trousers and black shoes when last seen. He was carrying a rain jacket, too.
