It can be a little intimating when you are on public transport and a fellow passenger becomes agitated and erratic.
While most of us tend to divert focus to prevent eye contact, a 70-year-old women in Canada is being praised for her incredible gesture when a young man started “cursing and shouting” on the train.
Taking to Facebook to share the touching moment between the elderly woman and the young man, Ehab Taha explained how the man, who clearly had “issues” was becoming very aggressive on the public transport.
Adding that, just like her, fellow passengers were scared, she explained that it wasn’t until the 70-year-old woman “reached out her hand, tightly gripping his” that he calmed down.
