When travelling very short distances or travelling on a limited period, most parents prefer using the same nappy type they are using at home. But for long travels or for extended trips, there is no question that disposable nappies can really make you more convenient.
Disposable nappies can help cut the need to carry dirty nappies around. It can also help you save time and money trying to find a laundry facility to wash used clothes. But if you do have access to a laundry facility, then you may have to opt for a disposable nappy during your travels. However, you should take note that it may not be possible to wash in the same way as you do at home, so be careful or your baby might end up having nappy rash.
If your destination is to a remote area or a developing country, you might be required to carry around these soiled clothes or nappies until you find a way to dispose of or properly clean them.
